Hi there! My name is William (Will) Hegedus and I am a husband, dad, and Site Reliability Engineer. I live in central Virginia in the US and currently work remotely as a Senior SRE Manager at a large cloud hosting provider.
My primary areas of interest are observability, containerization, and Linux. I'm an avid consumer of and contributor to open-source software. Notably, I've historically been active in the Prometheus, Kubernetes, and OpenTelemetry ecosystems. I even released a book in 2024 called Mastering Prometheus!
